Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for on-site construction management, leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of this large-scale industrial project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all daily on-site operations and manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.
- Drive project delivery to meet programme, cost, and quality targets.
- Maintain and enforce Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and the design team to resolve technical challenges.
- Oversee progress reporting, cost control, and resource planning.
- Foster a positive, proactive, and collaborative site culture.
- Mentor and develop site teams to achieve consistent performance and growth.
About You:
- 10 years’ experience in construction management with a Tier 1 or leading main contractor.
- Proven track record managing major industrial, commercial, or complex building projects.
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and industrial standards.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and project management systems.
- Commercially astute, with a keen focus on quality and results.
