Our client is a top-tier main contractor with a long-standing track record of delivering some of Ireland’s most complex and recognisable builds. They operate at genuine Tier 1 scale, taking projects from early design through to handover across large residential, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, life sciences and mission-critical developments.
With a deep order book in Leinster, their projects regularly fall in the €20m–€200m bracket, demanding strong leadership, meticulous planning, and a relentless focus on safety, quality and programme certainty. The business is known for structured delivery systems, progressive thinking, and promoting from within creating clear pathways into senior operational leadership.
The Role – Contracts Manager
Based across Leinster projects, you’ll lead project delivery teams with full accountability for performance, safety and profitability. This is a senior role for someone who can manage multiple sites, drive standards, and deliver consistently at scale.

The Role – Contracts Manager
Based across Leinster projects, you’ll lead project delivery teams with full accountability for performance, safety and profitability. This is a senior role for someone who can manage multiple sites, drive standards, and deliver consistently at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple project teams, ensuring smooth delivery from mobilisation to completion.
- Take full accountability for programme, budget, quality and HSEQ performance.
- Partner closely with Design, Commercial and Pre-Construction teams to de-risk delivery.
- Drive a strong safety culture through best-practice systems, audits and site leadership.
- Improve delivery efficiency through operational initiatives, lean planning and continuous improvement.
- Oversee resourcing, mentoring and development of site leadership building future talent.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as senior point of contact throughout delivery.
About You
- Proven Contracts Manager experience delivering large-scale builds with a main contractor.
- 10 years’ industry experience in Ireland/UK construction.
- Strong track record managing multiple live sites with complex stakeholder interfaces.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, programme and risk management.
- Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Confident leader who can set standards, drive teams, and influence clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
