You will manage multiple mechanical installation projects ranging from €1 million to €7 million, including ventilation, medical gases, AC systems, plumbing, heating, and waste services.

Contracts Manager Skills:
- Strong mechanical building services background across residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
- Experience managing multiple projects with mechanical values of €1m–€7m.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, variations, valuations, and cost forecasts.
- Confident leading site teams and subcontractors while monitoring labour, quality, and programme performance.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to liaise with design teams and represent the company at meetings.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, ventilation, medical gases, AC systems, plumbing, heating, drainage, and associated systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Full driving licence required.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of mechanical installation works including HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, heating, BMS, medical gases, AC systems and waste services.
- Develop project programmes, monitor progress, and report on key milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee labour allocation, productivity, installation quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, valuations, variations, cost plans, and financial forecasts.
- Review contract documents, technical specifications, and tender information prior to works commencing.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, performance and payment approvals.
- Administer contracts (NEC, JCT, Public Works, etc.) and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality installations.
- Review drawings, schematics, and method statements, resolving technical issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, CIBSE guidelines, and client standards.
- Oversee commissioning, testing, certification, and final sign-off for all mechanical systems.
- Lead health & safety performance by implementing safe systems of work, conducting audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Ensure quality control, O&M manuals, handover documents, and as-built information are completed to a high standard.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, design teams, and main contractors.
- Attend meetings, deliver progress updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial and finance teams to ensure programme, cost, and quality targets are met.
