The Company
This international M&E engineering contractor delivers major data centre, life sciences and technically complex projects across Ireland and Europe.
With a significant pipeline of data centre work, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager in Dublin to take a senior role across commercial performance, project risk and the development of the wider commercial team.
The Role: Commercial Manager
You will lead the commercial management of major data centre projects from pre-construction through delivery and final account.
Working closely with the Commercial Lead, Operations Managers and project teams, you will oversee revenue, profitability, cash flow, contracts, risk and commercial reporting while maintaining strong commercial control throughout project delivery.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Commercial Manager with strong M&E or major project experience and the confidence to take ownership of commercial performance on complex data centre projects.
You will be commercially sharp, contractually strong and comfortable working directly with senior management, clients and project delivery teams.

Must Have Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, Commercial Lead or senior commercial professional on major construction or M&E projects.
- Strong experience managing high-value contracts, commercial risk and project financial performance.
- Proven experience leading and developing Quantity Surveyors and commercial teams.
- Strong contract negotiation, change management and final account experience.
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred.
- M&E contractor experience highly beneficial.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline beneficial.
- Lead commercial performance across major data centre projects.
- Manage revenue, profitability, cash flow, forecasting and commercial reporting.
- Lead contract negotiations, risk management, variations and claims.
- Review project profit plans, valuations and cost performance.
- Oversee subcontractor commercial management and contract administration.
- Lead commercial reviews with project and operational teams.
- Manage final accounts and retention recovery.
- Develop and mentor the commercial team.
