The Company
This Irish main contractor specialises in the delivery of large-scale data centre and mission critical projects across Ireland and mainland Europe.
With a strong pipeline of multi-million euro data centre projects, they are looking to appoint a Civils Supervisor in Dublin, Co Dublin. The company delivers projects from construction through to commissioning, with experienced teams across civils, architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
The Role: Civils Supervisor
As Civils Supervisor, you will work as part of the site management team on a multi-million euro data centre project in Dublin.
This is a hands-on site role with responsibility for coordinating day-to-day civils activities, plant, materials and subcontractors while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and programme delivery.
You will work closely with engineers, supervisors and project management while taking responsibility for resolving site issues and keeping works moving efficiently.

You will have a strong practical construction background and be comfortable working in a busy site environment where programme, logistics and subcontractor coordination are important.
You will be organised, proactive and confident dealing with site teams and subcontractors. A hands-on approach is important, along with the ability to take responsibility for day-to-day civils works and keep activities progressing safely and efficiently.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have previous experience working on busy construction sites
- Valid Telehandler Ticket with practical operating experience required
- Proven understanding of civils and general construction activities
- Strong knowledge of site health, safety and quality requirements
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
- Previous supervisory experience on large construction projects beneficial
- Data centre or mission critical project experience preferred
- Experience coordinating plant, materials and subcontractors beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civils activities on site
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, equipment and material movements
- Operate telehandler equipment safely where required
- Assist with procurement of materials, equipment and general site requirements
- Maintain personnel timesheets and relevant site records
- Support programme delivery and resolve operational issues as they arise
- Maintain high standards of site housekeeping, health and safety and quality
- Work closely with engineers, Project Managers and subcontractors to coordinate works
