Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Civils Foreman to join their delivery team.

The Role – Civils Foreman
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, motivated supervisor to lead site crews across utility and infrastructure projects. You’ll ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme, while supporting a positive, high-performing site culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, supervising civil crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
- Coordinate activities with Project Managers, Engineers and clients.
- Resolve site issues quickly and maintain smooth production flow.
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings in line with HSEQ standards.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and track plant/material requirements.
- Support productivity, quality, and workmanship targets across all works.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a civils supervisory role within utilities or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of excavation, ducting, reinstatement, and general civils works.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate directly with engineering teams.
- Proven ability to lead site crews and manage activities independently.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery.
- Full clean driving licence essential.
