The Company

Our client is a leading Irish main contractor with a strong footprint across commercial, residential, life sciences, industrial, and high-density urban developments in Dublin and nationwide.

They are recognised for delivering technically complex projects to the highest standards, while continuing to invest heavily in digital construction, BIM innovation, and ISO-led project delivery.

With a growing pipeline of major builds and a forward-thinking preconstruction and digital delivery function, they are now seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support project teams from tender stage through to handover.


The Role – BIM Coordinator

As BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful implementation and management of BIM processes throughout all project phases  including tender, preconstruction, live delivery, and handover.

Working closely with design, construction, and digital project teams, you will ensure models are fully coordinated, compliant, and aligned with client information requirements and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement project BIM standards, methods, and procedures in line with ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2 (2018).
  
  
• Ensure compliance with client Project Exchange Information Requirements to meet key project deadlines.
  
  
• Federate digital information from task teams and produce clash detection, data verification, and model health reports.
  
  
• Act as Project Information Manager, ensuring all digital workflows support programme delivery.
  
  
• Create and maintain key digital project documents including:
  
  
• BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  
  
• Asset Management Plan
  
  
• TIDPs and MIDPs
  
  
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with task teams and project stakeholders.
  
  
• Develop and execute BIM Coordination Schedules aligned with construction sequencing.
  
  
• Support internal audits and assist in implementation of new digital tools and technologies.
  
  
  About You 
  • 3 years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar digital delivery role.
    
    
  • Strong working knowledge and full competency in ISO 19650 standards.
    
    
  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.
    
    
  • Highly proficient with Revit and Navisworks (other BIM tools beneficial).
    
    
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and solutions-driven approach.
    
    
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
    
    
  • Able to work independently within a busy, multi-project environment.
