Overview:
A leading Civil Engineering Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee road maintenance and asphalt surfacing works across Co. Kildare.
This role provides the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day site operations on a series of essential road improvement projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating crews, managing subcontractors and maintaining progress on a busy programme of works, while developing your leadership and project delivery skills with a well-regarded contractor operating across Ireland.

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in Ireland.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Full clean manual driving licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day asphalt surfacing operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate surfacing crews, subcontractors and plant resources to meet production and programme targets.
- Conduct site inspections, set out works, and maintain accurate records of progress, materials and quality.
- Liaise with project management, clients, local authorities and key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
