The Company
This growing mechanical contractor delivers mechanical and plumbing packages across residential and commercial construction projects throughout Dublin and Leinster.
They have a strong pipeline of apartment and housing developments across the Greater Dublin Area, with a particular focus on quality workmanship, programme delivery and maintaining high standards of Health & Safety across their sites.
The Role: Site Supervisor
As Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of mechanical and plumbing works across residential construction projects in Dublin and the wider Leinster region.
Working closely with the Contracts Manager and Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate direct labour and subcontractors, manage site activities and make sure mechanical installations are completed safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
The position would suit an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor or Plumbing Supervisor with a strong residential or domestic construction background.
Must Have Requirements
You will come from a plumbing or mechanical trade background with hands-on experience supervising residential construction projects.
You should be comfortable managing operatives and subcontractors, coordinating mechanical installations from drawings and maintaining quality across a busy site programme.
Strong communication, practical site knowledge and the ability to keep works moving safely and efficiently will be important for this Site Supervisor position.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have previous experience supervising mechanical or plumbing works on residential construction projects
- A time-served plumbing or mechanical trade background is required
- Proven experience managing direct labour and subcontractors on site
- Must be confident reading mechanical drawings and coordinating installations
- Full driving licence required for travel between Dublin and Leinster projects
- Apartment or large-scale housing development experience preferred
- Experience using Procore or similar construction management software beneficial
- Previous experience overseeing testing and commissioning of mechanical installations
- Supervise day-to-day mechanical and plumbing installation works
- Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors and materials to maintain programme
- Review mechanical drawings and site information through Procore
- Monitor quality and ensure installations meet project QA requirements
- Maintain strong Health & Safety standards across mechanical works
- Manage RFIs, progress updates and relevant site documentation
- Liaise with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, consultants and suppliers
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities
- Identify delays, variations and site issues and report them to the project team
You will come from a plumbing or mechanical trade background with hands-on experience supervising residential construction projects.
