As a Site Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Process upgrade works at wastewater treatment facilities across Monaghan and Longford, reporting to senior project stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality and environmental standards.

As a Site Project Manager:
- Proven experience delivering projects within the wastewater or water infrastructure sector
- Previous experience in a Project Manager or Senior Site Management role
- Strong background managing Mechanical, Electrical and Process works
- Excellent knowledge of construction planning, sequencing and commissioning activities
- Strong understanding of HSQE requirements, including PSDP & PSCS duties
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
- Third level qualification in Mechanical, Civil or Environmental Engineering (or similar)
- Full, clean EU / Irish driving licence
- Lead and coordinate the design, construction, commissioning and handover of wastewater upgrade works
- Manage and supervise multidisciplinary site teams including engineers, safety personnel and M&E contractors
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, chairing meetings and issuing progress and coordination reports
- Develop, manage and update construction programmes with weekly and monthly reporting
- Oversee procurement of plant, materials and specialist equipment
- Monitor project costs and provide regular commercial and progress updates
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards
- Coordinate PSDP & PSCS duties and promote a strong safety-first culture on site
- Manage site documentation including method statements, audits, inspections and reports
- Plan and oversee commissioning, validation and process proving activities
- Ensure timely completion of safety files, O&M manuals and handover documentation
- Liaise closely with ER and site RE staff to resolve issues and maintain programme
- Coordinate environmental and ecological requirements throughout the project lifecycle
