The Role – Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a primary care project in Cork. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, managing all on-site activities and coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all on-site construction activities with a strong focus on health and safety
• Drive programme delivery, ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout all phases of construction
• Ensure accurate site reporting, record keeping, and documentation
• Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, design teams, and senior management
About You
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare, commercial, or residential projects
• Trade or construction-related qualification
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and meeting deadlines
