The Role: Site Manager
Based on this €11 million residential development in North Dublin, the Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities, monitor quality, and ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained throughout the construction programme. This role will suit a Site Manager with strong residential construction experience who is comfortable managing all aspects of a live site environment.

The Role: Site Manager
Based on this €11 million residential development in North Dublin, the Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities, monitor quality, and ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained throughout the construction programme. This role will suit a Site Manager with strong residential construction experience who is comfortable managing all aspects of a live site environment.
Must Have Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering residential construction projects in Ireland.
- Proven experience required working with a main contractor or residential developer.
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, Health & Safety legislation and quality standards.
- Excellent subcontractor management and programme delivery experience.
- Valid Safe Pass and relevant site management certifications.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience delivering housing or apartment developments.
- Construction-related qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a similar discipline.
- Experience using Procore, Fieldview or similar construction management software.
Nice to Have:
- First Aid certification.
- Temporary Works awareness.
- BCAR knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the residential development from groundworks through to handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed in line with programme.
- Maintain the highest Health & Safety standards across the site.
- Monitor quality and ensure all work complies with specifications and building regulations.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to achieve programme milestones.
- Manage labour, materials and plant efficiently.
- Carry out regular site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Liaise with design teams, suppliers and client representatives.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and progress updates.
- Drive productivity while maintaining excellent quality finishes.
