As a Site Manager / Foreman, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live construction site in Letterkenny, Donegal, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

As a Site Manager / Foreman:
  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role

  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline (desirable)

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination

  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and direct labour

  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice

  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and design teams

  • Computer literate with experience using MS Office and project scheduling tools

  • Full, clean driving licence

Site Manager / Foreman Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification

  • Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality and Housekeeping on site

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure works are completed right first time

  • Deliver daily site briefings and manage interface risks between trades

  • Monitor progress against the construction programme and report accurately to the Contracts Manager

  • Plan, resource and schedule works in line with the project programme

  • Work closely with the Project QS to identify and mitigate upcoming commercial risks

  • Manage the RFI, submittals, inspections and testing processes on site

  • Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, method statements and risk assessments

  • Act as the main point of contact on site for clients, consultants and design teams

  • Assist in programme development and revisions alongside the Contracts Manager and Planner
