The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong trades and finishing background to take ownership of the internal works and high-quality finishes on one of Dublin’s largest residential projects.
The development consists of four apartment blocks (ranging from 5–7 storeys) delivering over 400 modern homes, alongside basements, landscaped courtyards, resident amenities, and a childcare facility. With a value of €100 million, this is a flagship project for a main contractor that has become one of Ireland’s most respected names in residential construction, with a strong track record of delivering complex large-scale developments across the country and the UK.

- A strong trades background (carpentry, joinery, or similar)
- Proven track record overseeing internal works, finishing, and handover stages on large residential projects
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality
- The ability to manage large teams of trades and subcontractors to meet programme, safety, and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal apartment finishes from first fix to final handover
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to deliver top-class fit-outs
- Report directly to the Contracts Manager on programme progress and quality
- Ensure compliance with company standards, building regulations, and H&S requirements
- Maintain a strong focus on detail, quality, and client satisfaction throughout
