Package: €80,000-€85,000 DOE + fully expensed company vehicle, fuel & tolls, 26 days annual leave, 7.5% employer pension contribution, life cover, PHI + additional benefits
The Company
A leading Tier 1 Irish Main Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a major government development in West Dublin. Working closely with the Project Manager and engineering team, you’ll coordinate subcontractors and trades, manage site operations and ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard. The live nature of the site means strong planning and communication will be important, particularly when coordinating different phases of construction and managing site logistics.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced Site Manager with a strong main contractor background who is comfortable managing a busy construction site and taking ownership of your section of works. You’ll be confident coordinating subcontractors, planning ahead and keeping a close eye on programme and quality. Experience on commercial, institutional or other technically demanding building projects would suit this position particularly well.
