Job title: Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out Projects
Location: Dublin, Co Dublin
Company: Irish Main Contractor delivering commercial fit out projects
Package: €80,000 to €85,000 + vehicle / allowance + package
The Company
This Irish main contractor delivers commercial construction and fit out projects across Dublin and the wider Leinster region, with a strong focus on quality finishes, programme delivery and well managed sites.
They have a number of new projects starting across Dublin towards the end of October, including restaurant fit outs, office fit out works and a large specialist cold room project.
The Role: Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day to day management of commercial fit out projects across Dublin, coordinating subcontractors and trades while keeping works moving in line with programme.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team, with responsibility for site safety, quality, logistics and the standard of finish through to handover.

About You
You are an experienced Site Manager with a practical background in commercial construction or fit out. You are comfortable managing busy sites, coordinating multiple trades and keeping subcontractors focused on programme and quality.
You will need strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage projects across Dublin from site set up through to completion.

- Must have previous Site Manager or Site Supervisor experience on Irish construction projects
- Proven experience required managing subcontractors and trades on site
- Commercial fit out or refurbishment experience is required
- Strong understanding of health and safety, quality control and programme delivery
Preferred Experience
- Restaurant, hospitality or office fit out experience preferred
- Experience delivering projects through final finishes and handover beneficial
- Cold room or specialist fit out experience would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day site operations and programme delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and materials
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site
- Monitor quality finishes and ensure works meet drawings and specification
- Manage site logistics and short term planning
- Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client team
- Drive projects through fit out, snagging and final handover
