Job title: Site Manager – Modular Education & Healthcare Projects
Location: Kildare, Co Kildare
Company: Irish Main Contractor specialising in modular and design & build construction
Package: €80,000 to €85,000 + vehicle, fuel, pension and bonus
The Company
This Irish main contractor has a strong track record delivering education, healthcare and modular construction projects across Ireland, with particular experience in fast-track design & build and modern methods of construction.
With a growing workload across Kildare and the wider Leinster region, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of modular school and healthcare projects.
The Role: Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for day-to-day site delivery across modular education and healthcare projects in Kildare, coordinating subcontractors, programme, quality and health & safety.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team, managing projects through installation, fit out, snagging and handover.

About You
You will be an experienced Site Manager with a practical, hands-on approach to construction delivery. You should be comfortable managing multiple trades, driving programme and maintaining strong standards around safety, quality and finishes.
Experience delivering modular, education or healthcare projects would be particularly relevant.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 5+ years’ site management experience within the Irish construction industry
- Proven experience required managing building projects from construction through to handover
- Strong subcontractor coordination and programme management experience required
- Good working knowledge of Irish health & safety and quality requirements
Preferred Experience
- Modular or offsite construction experience beneficial
- Education or healthcare project experience preferred
- Experience working with an Irish main contractor beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Drive programme delivery and maintain progress against key milestones
- Oversee installation, fit out, snagging and quality finishes
- Maintain high health & safety standards across the site
- Coordinate materials, labour and site logistics
- Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
