Job title: Site Manager – €20m Education Programme
Location: Kildare
Company: Leading Irish Main Contractor
Package: €80,000 to €85,000 package DOE
The Company
A well-established Irish main contractor with a strong track record delivering major building projects across Ireland.
With a growing pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint 2 experienced Site Managers for a €20m education programme in Kildare, involving the delivery of modular classrooms and changing facilities.
The Role: Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the €20m education programme, overseeing works from offsite assembly through to installation, fit-out and handover.
You will manage trades, subcontractors, programme, quality and health & safety, working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to ensure the works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Site Manager with strong construction knowledge and a good understanding of modern methods of construction.
You’ll be comfortable managing multiple trades and subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards and taking ownership of day-to-day project delivery. Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing or modular assembly environment would be particularly beneficial.

Must Have Requirements
- Strong Site Management experience within construction
- Good knowledge of modular / offsite construction
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and trades
- Good understanding of programme, quality and health & safety
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous modular or offsite construction experience
- Factory or manufacturing construction experience would be a strong advantage
- Experience delivering education, classroom or changing facility projects
- Experience managing modular projects from assembly through installation and handover
- Manage day-to-day construction and modular assembly activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Manage programme, quality and health & safety
- Coordinate modular units through assembly and installation
- Monitor progress against programme and address potential delays
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
- Manage snagging, inspections and handover
