The Role

You’ll work closely with a dedicated project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to bring this flagship scheme to life.

- 6+ years’ experience with a main contractor in Ireland
- A strong trade background and proven track record of working up through the ranks
- Experience managing large-scale residential projects from ground level to handover
- The ability to lead site teams and subcontractors with confidence
- A focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery at every stage
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
- Report directly to the Contracts Manager
- Manage project delivery in line with programme and quality targets
- Oversee all works, from groundworks through to completion and client handover
- Champion health & safety and ensure compliance across the site
