This is an outstanding opportunity for a Site Manager with reinforced concrete and groundworks experience to lead a landmark project in North Dublin.
The development, valued at over €100 million, a major city-shaping scheme comprising four apartment blocks (A–D) delivering 400 new homes, with basements, landscaped courtyards, and high-quality resident amenities. This project is set to become one of the most significant residential builds in Dublin, with buildings ranging from 5 to 7 storeys, incorporating communal spaces, a childcare facility, and extensive parking and cycle provisions.
Our client is a well-established Irish main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex large-scale projects across residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. About You: You’re an experienced construction professional who brings:
- 6+ years’ experience with a main contractor in Ireland
- A strong trades background, having worked your way up from the ground
- Proven ability in RC frame and groundworks delivery
- Previous experience leading large-scale, multi-unit residential projects
- Strong site leadership, with a commitment to safety, programme, and quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RC and groundworks through to full build and handover
- Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
- Report directly to the Contracts Manager and maintain programme/budget control
- Ensure compliance with building regs, safety standards, and company procedures
- Drive productivity and maintain a collaborative, high-performing site culture
