Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately carry out setting out and surveying duties using instruments such as Total Station and GPS.
- Collaborate daily with the Senior Engineer, Site Manager, and subcontractors to maintain progress in line with drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all site measurement records, as-builts, and technical documents are kept up to date and accurate.
- Manage site levels and ensure compliance with the design documents to avoid discrepancies.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a setting out role, on residential or housing projects in Ireland.
- Competence in using Total Station, GPS, and related surveying instruments.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail with the ability to interpret construction drawings confidently.
