Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of the project from groundworks to completion.
- Supervise and mentor Junior Engineers, ensuring all setting out, QA, and technical work is delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise daily with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and design team to ensure project milestones and technical requirements are achieved.
- Manage subcontractor coordination, ensuring works are completed to specification and programme.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience working as an Engineer with a Main Contractor in Ireland
- Proven ability to manage Junior Engineers and coordinate effectively with Site Management.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
