Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all engineering activities on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance to subcontractors and junior engineers, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and Building Regulations
- Review design documentation and communicate any errors/omissions promptly to the design team
- Prepare, review, and manage RFIs, method statements, inspection requests, and technical submissions
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline
- 5 years experience in a similar engineering role with a main contractor in Ireland
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, surveying, and building technology
- Excellent setting out skills and strong attention to detail
