Overview:
Are you a Site Agent based in the Roscommon area? Do you have strong experience working on civil engineering projects?
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high profile project that will involve a wide range of civil and public realm elements including pavements, drainage, services, lighting, traffic management and landscaping.
You’ll be joining a well established Civil Engineering Main Contractor with a strong pipeline of infrastructure and public realm projects nationwide. The company is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to developing its people through long term opportunities and career progression.
This role would suit an experienced Site Agent or a strong Senior Engineer ready to step into a leadership role on a complex project in Co. Roscommon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the project.
- Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification.
- Manage public realm and civil works including pavements, kerbing, drainage, ducting, lighting, traffic signals, landscaping, and associated infrastructure.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, design teams, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and drive project progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in Ireland preferably on civils projects.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
- Excellent understanding of HSEQ management, technical standards, and quality control.
