Your Role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial and financial success of high-value civils projects. From initial budgeting through to final accounts, you will ensure value for money, cost efficiency, and excellence in delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cost control across all stages of the project

  • Managing procurement, valuations, variations, and payments

  • Providing detailed cost analysis and accurate financial reporting

  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects

  • Maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on quality service


What You Bring:
  • 7+ years in Quantity Surveying with an Irish or UK Main Contractor

  • Proven track record on large-scale civils projects

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
