- Manage all elements of cost and commercial performance from pre-tender through to final account
- Oversee contract administration, including variations, interim payments, and subcontractor valuations
- Prepare, forecast, and monitor project budgets with a focus on cost certainty and value engineering
- Lead financial reporting and progress reviews across multiple live projects
- Collaborate closely with project teams, engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships, always ensuring best-in-class service
What We're Looking For:
- 7 years’ Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with a Main Contractor
- Proven track record in delivering commercial, educational, or residential projects
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to confidently manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of Irish construction legislation and contract frameworks
