A strong opportunity has opened up for an experienced Senior Engineer to take a key role on a significant €60m+ High Profile Building & Refurb Project in Dublin City Centre.
The works combine the sensitive refurbishment and conservation of existing historic structures with substantial new-build elements, structural alterations, upgraded services and extensive external works.
Rather than specialising solely in one type of development, the business gives its Engineers exposure to varied projects and encourages them to broaden both their technical and project delivery experience.
The company is an Accredited CPD Employer, with individually structured CPD plans, professional training courses and a formal workplace mentoring programme designed to help Engineers continue developing their technical and management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for setting out building works and ensure works are delivered accurately in accordance with drawings, specifications and approved information.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with specifications, approved submittals and the project Quality Plan.
- Ensure subcontractors and site personnel receive accurate and timely technical information.
- Work closely with site management to maintain progress in line with the construction programme.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Engineer role in Ireland.
- Strong setting out, surveying and technical construction experience.
- Previous experience working on building projects with a Main Contractor in Ireland.
