The Package:
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of €70,000 - €75,000 vehicle, fuel, 10% pension and healthcare.

As Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:
- You have 3 years post-graduate experience with a developer or Main Contractor.
- You will be working with the Senior QS to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments, along with normal QS duties
- You will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.
- You will be reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ's
- You will be taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
- You will be attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors
