The Role Quality Manager
As Quality Manager, you will take full ownership of the site quality function on a major data centre project in Denmark. You will lead project quality standards across CSA, mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring installations are delivered in line with specifications, inspections, commissioning requirements and client expectations.
This is a senior site leadership role where your work will directly influence project quality, handover standards, programme protection and client confidence. You will drive a proactive quality culture across all teams, making sure issues are identified early, resolved properly and not repeated.

Salary: Excellent salary €90,000 - €110,000 package depending on experience

The Role Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project quality function across CSA, mechanical and electrical works
- Develop, implement and maintain the project Quality Plan and associated QAQC procedures
- Oversee inspections, audits, testing records and quality reporting across all work packages
- Review and approve ITPs, quality documentation, method statements, test packs and checklists
- Manage NCRs, corrective actions and root cause investigations to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, package leads and design teams to maintain quality compliance
- Support commissioning and project handover by ensuring all quality documentation is complete, accurate and traceable
- Act as the key quality contact for client teams and internal stakeholders on site
- Drive a right first time culture to reduce rework, delays and unnecessary cost
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager, QA Manager or Senior QAQC role on large construction projects
- Strong background in data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other high spec construction environments
- Excellent understanding of CSA, mechanical and electrical quality processes
- Experience leading QAQC teams and coordinating quality across multiple subcontract packages
- Strong knowledge of inspections, audits, commissioning interfaces and handover documentation
- Confident managing NCRs, corrective actions and quality close out procedures
- Able to work effectively with design teams, trade contractors, client representatives and senior site management
- Organised, detail focused and calm under pressure with a practical approach to problem solving
- Committed to high standards, programme protection and continuous improvement on site
