Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to strengthen their delivery team across multiple projects in Limerick.
The Role – Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of major construction projects from initial set-up through to completion and handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive programme performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
This is a key role for a technically strong, commercially aware Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced main contracting environment.

Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to strengthen their delivery team across multiple projects in Limerick.
The Role – Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of major construction projects from initial set-up through to completion and handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive programme performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from mobilisation to handover and evaluation.
- Establish delivery criteria and ensure client requirements are met throughout.
- Lead project execution via the company’s quality and project management systems.
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and project specifications.
- Maintain structured project controls, records, and decision logs.
- Liaise with clients on KPI development, reporting, and implementation.
- Track progress and report at weekly client and stakeholder meetings.
- Plan and manage resources including labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.
- Drive large site teams to deliver on programme, cost, and quality targets.
- Work closely with the Site Safety Officer to ensure best-in-class HSEQ performance.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
- 5 years’ Project Management experience, ideally with a main contractor.
- Proven track record delivering medium-to-large scale projects across sectors such as pharma, industrial, commercial, education, healthcare, or data centres.
- Strong knowledge of project planning systems (ASTA or MS Project).
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, procurement, and programme risk.
- Excellent ability to analyse and interpret contractual documents.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of driving diverse teams.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and adaptable in changing environments.
- Services and/or structural steel experience an advantage.
- Full driving licence required; Safepass and Manual Handling desirable.
