Job title: Project Manager – Data Centre Fit Out

Package: €85,000 to €90,000 + €250 net per week living away allowance + company bonus + return flights + accommodation

An Irish specialist contractor delivering high-spec fit out and technical construction packages across Ireland and Europe.
The company has a strong pipeline of data centre work and is now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Finland, working on a major data centre fit out project.
The Role: Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of key fit out works on a data centre project in Finland.
You’ll manage programme, subcontractors, quality and site coordination, working closely with the client, site management and commercial teams to keep works progressing safely and to programme.

You’ll be an experienced construction Project Manager with a strong understanding of fit out delivery, subcontractor coordination and programme management.
You should be comfortable taking ownership of works in a demanding data centre environment and capable of keeping quality, safety and programme on track.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have proven Project Manager experience within construction
- Data centre, commercial fit out or technically demanding project experience required
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and programme delivery
- Must be comfortable working in Finland on a rotation basis
Preferred Experience
- Data centre fit out experience preferred
- Experience working with an Irish or UK contractor beneficial
- Previous overseas project experience would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of fit out works
- Drive programme and coordinate subcontractors across multiple packages
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and technical compliance
- Coordinate with design, commercial and site teams
- Track progress, resolve site issues and report against programme
- Manage client and subcontractor meetings through to project handover
About You
