The Role - Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a major commercial project in Dublin, leading delivery from early stages through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring programme targets are met while maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety and client satisfaction.
You will work closely with senior management, site teams and subcontractors to drive performance on site and ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of health and safety on site, ensuring full compliance with regulations
• Manage project programme, sequencing and key milestones to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site teams and suppliers
• Oversee quality control and ensure all works meet specification and standards
• Monitor project costs, variations and reporting to senior management
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation and site records are maintained
About You:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
• Background in construction management, engineering or a relevant trade progression
• Strong track record delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and finish
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive site performance
• Results driven with a proactive approach to problem solving
