The Company
This major Tier 1 Irish main contractor delivers large scale building and civil engineering projects across Ireland, with a strong presence throughout Dublin and the wider Leinster region.
Their building division works across complex commercial, education, public sector and large scale construction developments, with a strong focus on programme delivery, safety, quality and sustainable construction.
They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to take a key delivery role on a major €90m education project in Dublin.
The Role: Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day to day construction delivery of this large scale education project in Dublin, working closely with the Contracts Manager and senior project team.
You will manage site operations, engineering, subcontractor coordination, programme, quality and Health & Safety, ensuring each stage of the project is delivered in line with programme requirements.
This is a senior site based role requiring a Project Manager who can manage a sizeable construction team, coordinate multiple work packages and maintain strong communication with the client, design team and commercial team.

About You
You will be an experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a strong main contractor background and a track record of delivering large scale building projects in Ireland.
You should be comfortable managing busy site operations, coordinating multiple subcontractors and driving construction works against a demanding programme.
Strong leadership, practical construction knowledge and attention to quality will be important, along with the ability to communicate effectively with the Contracts Manager, client, consultants, commercial team and site personnel.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 7+ years’ experience working on large scale construction projects
- Proven Project Manager or Senior Site Manager experience with a main contractor is required
- Experience delivering complex building projects through construction and handover
- Strong experience managing subcontractors, site teams and programme delivery
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred
Preferred Experience
- Education or public sector construction experience preferred
- Experience working within live site or campus environments beneficial
- Experience with precast frame construction advantageous
- Strong understanding of building regulations, quality control and project handover
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day construction activities across the project
- Coordinate site management, engineering and subcontractor teams
- Drive programme delivery and monitor progress against key milestones
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and quality across the site
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and the design team
- Work closely with the Contracts Manager and commercial team
- Manage site logistics, labour, materials and construction sequencing
- Monitor quality inspections, snagging and phased handovers
- Maintain accurate progress reporting and project records
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and building regulations
