Job title: Project Manager – €20m Specialist Leisure & Sports Development
Location: Wicklow
Company: Leading Irish Building Contractor
Package: €90,000 to €95,000 + vehicle / vehicle allowance, fuel, pension, 25 days annual leave
The Company
This Irish main contractor delivers high quality building projects across Ireland, with experience across commercial, residential, healthcare, public sector and specialist construction.
With a strong pipeline across Leinster, they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for a €20m specialist leisure and sports development in Wicklow.
The Role: Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day to day delivery of this €20m specialist leisure and sports development.
You will manage the site team, subcontractors, programme, quality and Health & Safety while working closely with the commercial team, consultants and senior management.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have strong Project Manager or Senior Site Manager experience with an Irish main contractor
- Proven experience required delivering € multi million building projects
- Strong subcontractor coordination and programme management experience
- Good knowledge of quality control and Health & Safety
Preferred Experience
- Leisure, sports, commercial or specialist project experience beneficial
- Experience managing projects through finishes and handover preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the construction programme and key milestones
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and specialist packages
- Maintain high standards of quality and Health & Safety
- Work closely with design and commercial teams
- Manage site logistics, resources and reporting
- Drive the project through to completion and handover
