You are a driven Project Manager looking to take full ownership of Transmission Power Projects from initiation through to completion.
This role will suit someone with a strong background in underground cabling, civil works, or broader power infrastructure, who is confident leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project environments based out of Co Kildare & Co Dublin.
You will be responsible for the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of all works, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and align with project objectives. This includes overseeing all technical, commercial, and operational aspects while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Project Manager Skills:
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in underground cabling, civils, or power infrastructure sectors.
- Proven leadership in delivering complex, site-based projects to programme and budget.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience with cost management and contract compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- A practical, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
As a Project Manager:
- Take full accountability for project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are achieved.
- Set and uphold high standards across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve project issues promptly, maintaining momentum throughout.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project programmes and ensure delivery aligns with them.
- Lead and support project teams including Site Managers, Section Managers, and Assistant Site Managers.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Ensure that comprehensive risk assessments are developed and reviewed regularly.
- Address operational issues independently, escalating only critical matters to the Project Director.
- Oversee commercial performance, including cost control, subcontractor management, and delivery of gross margin targets.
