We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join a growing mechanical engineering and fabrication specialist delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors in Dublin.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day mechanical installations on site, including GB threaded and copper pipework, HVAC systems, plant installations, and related services. You’ll ensure that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Mechanical Site Supervisor Skills:
- Trade qualification or degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience supervising mechanical works on large commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and installation standards.
- Proven experience with GB threaded, copper, and welded pipework systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Full Irish/EU driving licence.
As a Mechanical Site Supervisor:
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical teams and subcontractors on site.
- Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with mechanical standards.
- Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor progress against programme targets.
- Manage the installation of piping (GB threaded, copper, stainless), HVAC, and mechanical plant systems.
- Conduct quality checks, testing, and assist in commissioning and handover documentation.
- Lead toolbox talks, enforce health & safety compliance, and maintain a clean, safe site environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless delivery.
