We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take a leading role on a high-profile project in Frankfurt, Germany. This position offers the opportunity to oversee major mechanical building services works while driving productivity, quality, and coordination across a fast-paced construction environment.
The role provides long-term stability on a strong pipeline of European work, with responsibility for managing site execution, leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.

Project Manager Skills:
• Strong experience managing mechanical or MEP projects from early works to handover.
• Ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet programme targets.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building systems, quality requirements, and sequencing.
• Proven capability to plan, coordinate, and drive productivity across multiple work fronts.
• Experience reporting on progress, risks, resourcing, and commercial considerations.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and site personnel.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under a structured 2-week rotation.
• EU passport or eligibility to work in Germany preferred.
As a Project Manager:
• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate mechanical installation teams and subcontractors to maintain workflow and progress.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and sequencing of works to align with the project programme.
• Conduct daily/weekly progress reviews and provide updates to senior management.
• Support commercial teams with forecasting, variations, and cost reporting.
• Lead coordination with client representatives, design teams, and site management.
• Resolve technical or operational issues promptly, maintaining momentum across the project.
• Ensure accurate documentation, quality records, inspections, and handover processes.
• Contribute to a positive, proactive site culture and support continuous improvement across the project.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect at least €80,000 plus full package.
