This Irish M&E contractor has a strong reputation for delivering mechanical and electrical packages across commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare and large-scale construction projects throughout Ireland.
With a strong pipeline of work across the Midlands and North East, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager / Construction Manager to work across two significant projects Co Meath and Co Longford.
The Role: Mechanical Project Manager / Construction Manager
As Mechanical Project Manager / Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery and coordination of mechanical works across a manufacturing facility in Longford and a major stadium development in Navan.
You will work closely with the wider project teams, site management, subcontractors, consultants and commercial team to keep mechanical packages progressing safely and in line with programme.
The role will involve working between Navan and Longford, so you must be comfortable travelling between both projects as required.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager or Construction Manager with a practical understanding of mechanical building services and how packages are delivered on live construction projects.
You should be comfortable managing subcontractors, coordinating with other disciplines and driving mechanical works to programme. Strong communication and site management skills are important, particularly as the position involves working across projects in both Navan, Co Meath and Longford, Co Longford.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have strong experience delivering mechanical packages on construction projects in Ireland
- Proven experience required as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Construction Manager or Senior Mechanical Supervisor
- Must have strong knowledge of mechanical building services installation and subcontractor coordination
- Experience managing mechanical works through installation, testing, commissioning and handover is required
- Industrial or manufacturing project experience preferred
- Commercial or large-scale building project experience beneficial
- Experience working with an M&E contractor or mechanical contractor in Ireland preferred
- Strong understanding of programme delivery, QA/QC and commissioning processes
- Manage mechanical works across projects in Navan and Longford from installation through to commissioning and handover
- Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, supervisors and specialist contractors on site
- Work closely with electrical, CSA and project management teams to resolve coordination issues and maintain programme
- Monitor mechanical installation progress against agreed programmes and identify potential delays early
- Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring installations are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Oversee mechanical QA/QC, inspections, testing, commissioning and handover documentation
- Liaise with consultants, client representatives, subcontractors and suppliers throughout project delivery
- Ensure mechanical works are completed safely and in line with site health and safety requirements
