Are you a Mechanical Project Manager looking to take full ownership of mechanical packages on complex, high-value projects across Dublin?

Your new company is a well-established mechanical contractor that continues to grow its delivery capability across commercial, healthcare, life sciences and mission-critical projects. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable managing site teams, coordinating with main contractors and consultants, and maintaining strong control over programme, quality and commercial performance.

Mechanical Project Manager Skills:

  • Strong experience delivering mechanical services packages on large construction projects
  • Solid technical understanding of HVAC, pipework, plant rooms and mechanical systems
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal site teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing costs, variations and procurement
  • Confident communicator capable of engaging with clients, consultants and main contractors
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct site teams
  • Excellent organisational and planning ability
  • Strong focus on quality, safety and programme delivery

As a Mechanical Project Manager you will:
  • Manage and coordinate the full mechanical project lifecycle from pre-construction through to testing and commissioning
  • Liaise closely with clients, design teams, main contractors and subcontractors to ensure scope, programme and quality requirements are met
  • Review designs and coordinate construction drawings to ensure buildability and compliance
  • Attend site regularly to monitor progress, quality, safety and procurement
  • Ensure mechanical installations are delivered in line with project specifications and change control procedures
  • Maintain ongoing control of project finances and commercial performance
  • Support and guide site teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and company safety culture
  • Chair and contribute to project meetings and provide clear progress updates to senior management
The Package:
Salary will be at least €85,000 DOE plus package.
