Marketing Executive – Construction & Engineering

Your new company is a well-established building services engineering contractor experiencing sustained growth across data centres, pharma, commercial, residential and hotel sectors.

With a clear expansion strategy in place, they are now looking to bring a Marketing Executive into their team to help drive lead generation, strengthen consultant and contractor visibility, and support business development activity across Ireland and Europe.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in either Dublin or Wexford, offering direct exposure to senior leadership, tendering teams and business development decision-makers.

Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

• Support senior management in implementing the company’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility with Tier 1 contractors, consultants and key clients
• Prepare and present monthly marketing performance dashboards and KPI reports
• Plan and manage lead generation campaigns aligned with strategic sectors including data centres, pharma, commercial, residential and hotels
• Build, maintain and report on lead funnels covering inbound enquiries, campaign-led prospects and early-stage project intelligence
• Work closely with tendering and business development teams to track opportunities, support prequalification content and improve early contractor visibility
• Maintain CRM inputs relating to marketing activity, lead quality and pipeline triggers
• Produce high-quality marketing content including brochures, capability statements, pitch decks, bid graphics, case studies and news articles
• Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and tone
• Coordinate promotional material for client events, site visits and stakeholder engagements
• Organise and support events, exhibitions, networking sessions and consultant briefings
• Plan and manage social media activity with a consistent flow of sector-relevant, BD-aligned content
• Manage website updates including SEO optimisation, landing pages, analytics and project showcases
• Track engagement and conversion trends, recommending improvements to increase inbound activity
• Travel for meetings, events and conferences as required

Marketing Executive Requirements:

• Third level qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
• Strong digital marketing capability including SEO, keyword strategy, landing page optimisation and analytics
• Experience running or supporting lead generation campaigns and reporting on conversion metrics
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite or similar design tools
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to produce clear, professional content
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in construction, HVAC or engineering environments is highly desirable
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
• Willingness to travel as required

The Package:

You can expect a salary of at least €50,000 plus package
