The Role – Junior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
- Health & Safety awareness across all project activities
- Assist with tendering and procurement of subcontractors and materials
- Track and manage variations throughout the project lifecycle
- Measure and record site progress and quantities
- Analyse drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Support cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare valuations, claims and final accounts in line with deadlines
- Attend site and commercial meetings as required
- Maintain accurate reporting and commercial documentation
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Around 1–2 years’ experience in a contractor, consultancy or engineering environment
- Experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit or similar software
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and project documentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical ability
- Motivated, reliable and keen to develop within a commercial role
- Focused on delivering accurate work to tight deadlines
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (DOE)
