An expanding civil engineering contractor is currently looking to for a Junior Engineer for a road infrastructure project in Co. Meath.
Known for successfully delivering a range of infrastructure and public realm works across Ireland, this company continues to grow its presence within the roads, utilities and broader civil engineering sectors.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Junior Engineer with one year of experience to further develop their skills on a large scale project, working within an experienced and supportive site team.
With the project in its early phases, the successful candidate will gain exposure from initial site setup through to project completion, providing strong experience for your CV.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out setting out duties using Total Station and GPS equipment, while assisting with site records, quality checks and reporting.
- Support the daily running of site activities, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and site management to organise subcontractors and coordinate works.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with drawings, specifications and health & safety requirements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a Site Engineer or Junior Engineer role in Ireland.
- Proficiency in setting out with Total Station and GPS.
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
- Good communication skills with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn on site.
