You are a capable and committed Health & Safety Advisor to join the team based out of Co Cork where you will play a key role in making sure our workplaces stay safe, compliant, and forward-thinking when it comes to health, safety, and wellbeing.
This is a broad, rewarding role based with occasional travel to other offices across Ireland, and the UK for client meetings and training. It’s ideal for someone who wants hands-on responsibility and exposure across a wide variety of projects and operations.

Health & Safety Advisor Skills:
- Solid experience in a similar health and safety role.
- Good working knowledge of Irish and UK H&S regulations.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff.
- A collaborative approach and the initiative to work independently when needed.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially for reporting and documentation.
- A degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or something similar.
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.
- Full Irish driving licence.
As a Health & Safety Advisor:
- Leading the development and roll-out of health & safety policies and procedures.
- Carrying out risk assessments and internal audits regularly.
- Providing practical training and guidance to team members.
- Investigating any incidents, getting to the root of what happened, and putting corrective actions in place.
- Ensuring we’re always fully compliant with current legislation and industry best practices.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, incidents, and training logs.
- Helping to drive a strong safety culture throughout the business.
- Attending client meetings and supporting tender submissions from a HSQE perspective.
- Advising management on strategy and improvements to our overall approach.
