The Company
This Irish Tier 1 main contractor is one of the largest construction companies operating in Ireland and Europe, delivering major infrastructure, civil engineering and building projects.
They are currently delivering a large civils project in Wexford and are looking for an experienced Foreperson to join the site team.
The Role: Foreperson
As Foreperson, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site activities on this large road and bridge project in Wexford.
You will work closely with the wider construction team to drive programme delivery, coordinate subcontractors and labour, maintain quality standards and ensure works are progressing in line with agreed production targets.

You will be an experienced construction Foreperson with a strong background managing site activities on medium to large projects.
You should be comfortable coordinating subcontractors and labour, managing competing site priorities and keeping works moving to programme while maintaining the required quality standards. Strong time management, communication and leadership skills are essential.

- Must have extensive experience as a Foreperson or Site Foreman on medium to large construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction and day-to-day site operations required
- Must have strong communication and site management skills
- Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland are required
Key Responsibilities
- Implement daily and weekly programmes and communicate programme requirements to subcontractors
- Manage day-to-day site activities and drive works in line with agreed production targets
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, labour and site workflow
- Maintain the site diary, including manpower levels and detailed records of site activities
- Attend weekly management and construction team meetings
- Maintain quality standards while driving productivity and programme delivery
- Assist with the control and coordination of equipment on site
- Provide clear leadership and direction to labour and subcontractors
- Work closely with the wider project team to keep works progressing efficiently
