The Role – Foreman
This is a key site leadership role on a busy residential project in Dublin. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, driving programme, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout.
Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will play a hands-on role in coordinating trades, monitoring progress, and keeping works moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with health and safety standards
• Monitor programme and drive productivity on site
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Manage site logistics and sequencing of trades
• Carry out site inspections and resolve issues proactively
• Report progress to Site Manager and senior management
• Ensure materials and resources are available to meet programme
About You:
• Proven experience as a Foreman on residential construction projects
• Strong trade background with a solid understanding of site operations
• Experience working on housing developments or large-scale residential schemes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme
• Excellent eye for detail with a focus on quality
• Proactive and solutions-driven approach to site challenges
