They are currently delivering a landmark €103 million residential development in South Dublin and are looking to appoint an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the site management team. The Role: Finishing Foreman
Working on a €103 million residential development in South Dublin, you will be responsible for managing all finishing works from first fix completion through to client handover. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate finishing trades, monitor quality, manage snagging and ensure every apartment and communal area is completed to the highest standard.
This role requires an experienced Finishing Foreman with a proven track record delivering residential developments for a main contractor in Ireland.

Working on a €103 million residential development in South Dublin, you will be responsible for managing all finishing works from first fix completion through to client handover. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate finishing trades, monitor quality, manage snagging and ensure every apartment and communal area is completed to the highest standard.
This role requires an experienced Finishing Foreman with a proven track record delivering residential developments for a main contractor in Ireland.
Must Have Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years' experience as a Finishing Foreman on Irish residential construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering high quality apartment or housing developments for a main contractor.
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades, quality control and snag management.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and driving programme delivery through the final stages of construction.
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications required.
- Experience working on large scale residential developments valued at €50 million or more.
- Knowledge of BCAR and quality assurance procedures.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Nice to Have:
- Construction related qualification.
- First Aid certification.
- Experience using digital snagging or quality management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all finishing trades across the project.
- Drive programme delivery through the final stages of construction.
- Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging works.
- Ensure all finishes meet specification before handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors and maintain programme milestones.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and project team.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.
- Manage apartment handovers and client inspections.
- Keep accurate site records and progress reports.
