The Role – Electrical Lead
As Electrical Lead, you will take ownership of the electrical package on a major data centre construction project in Finland. You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, client representatives, consultants, and internal delivery teams to ensure the electrical systems are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest technical standards.
This is a senior site leadership role suited to someone with strong electrical project delivery experience within mission critical, industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or large scale commercial construction projects.
The successful Electrical Lead will play a key role in driving quality, programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, commissioning readiness, and overall project performance on one of Europe’s most technically advanced construction environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full electrical package from installation through to commissioning and handover
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors and specialist installation teams on site
- Drive health and safety standards across all electrical activities
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Safety team to maintain site compliance
- Manage QA processes, inspections, documentation, and close out procedures
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery aligns with programme milestones
- Attend coordination meetings with consultants, client teams, and subcontractors
- Oversee electrical testing, commissioning preparation, and system completion
- Manage costs, variations, and labour productivity relating to the electrical package
- Ensure all electrical works are delivered to specification and client expectations
- Produce regular progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation
- Trade qualified electrician or relevant electrical engineering qualification
- 8 years’ experience delivering large scale electrical construction projects
- Previous experience as an Electrical Lead, Electrical Project Manager, or Senior Electrical Supervisor
- Strong background working on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or mission critical projects
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and large electrical installation teams
- Excellent understanding of health and safety and QA procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage programme deadlines in a fast paced construction environment
- Experience working with commissioning teams and project handover processes
- Driven, organised, and capable of leading teams under pressure
