With a strong reputation for programme delivery, technical excellence, and quality, the business continues to secure major hyperscale developments in key European locations.
With a significant pipeline of work in Sweden and across the Nordic region, they are looking to appoint an experienced CSA Lead to take ownership of Civil, Structural and Architectural delivery on a major live data centre project in Skellefteå, Västerbotten County, Sweden.
The Role: CSA Lead
Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead all Civil, Structural and Architectural activities from pre-construction through to handover. You will be responsible for programme delivery, quality, safety, commercial awareness, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of this complex data centre project.
Working closely with the client, design consultants, commercial team, MEP teams and commissioning personnel, you will ensure all CSA works are delivered in line with programme, budget and project specifications.
Must Have Requirements:
• Must have proven experience as a CSA Lead or Senior CSA Manager on large scale data centre or industrial construction projects.
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Experience working for a main contractor is required.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme delivery and coordination of CSA works.
Preferred Experience:
• Previous experience delivering hyperscale or mission critical facilities.
• Experience coordinating closely with MEP and commissioning teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
• Experience delivering projects across Europe.
• Knowledge of digital construction management platforms.
• Additional Health & Safety or project management qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the successful delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural works from design through to project completion.
• Manage project budgets, labour resources, programme milestones and overall CSA performance.
• Develop and implement robust reporting, documentation and project controls.
• Coordinate with the client, consultants and project management teams to maintain programme alignment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on cost, quality and delivery.
• Promote the highest standards of Health & Safety across all site activities.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction.
• Coordinate with MEP and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project integration.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Support the successful handover of completed works to the client.
About You
You are an experienced CSA Lead with a strong background delivering large scale data centre or industrial construction projects for a main contractor. You understand the technical demands of mission critical construction and have the leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining programme, quality and safety standards.
You are commercially aware, highly organised and confident communicating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
