For an experienced Contracts Manager, this is a senior position with responsibility for multiple significant projects and direct involvement with senior management.
The Role: Contracts Manager
This Contracts Manager role is based in Dublin, Co Dublin, with responsibility for overseeing multiple large-scale residential and pharmaceutical construction projects across Dublin and Leinster.
You will manage Project Managers, Site Managers and wider project teams, taking overall responsibility for programme delivery, quality, safety and project performance from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Working closely with the commercial, design and procurement teams, you will ensure projects remain properly resourced, subcontractors are performing and potential programme or delivery issues are dealt with early.
There will also be regular involvement with clients, consultants and senior management, making this a commercially important role within the business.

About You
You will be an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong main contractor background and a proven record of delivering major building projects in Ireland.
You should have solid experience across large residential apartment developments, with pharmaceutical or life sciences experience particularly beneficial.
Strong programme management, commercial awareness and subcontractor coordination skills are important. You will also need to be comfortable managing experienced project teams while dealing directly with clients, consultants and senior management.
You will be organised, decisive and capable of keeping several projects moving without losing sight of quality, safety, programme or commercial performance.

- Previous responsibility for multiple live construction projects across Dublin or Leinster is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to handover.
- Lead Project Managers, Site Managers and wider construction teams.
- Drive programme delivery and monitor progress against key project milestones.
- Coordinate closely with commercial, design and procurement teams.
- Manage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
- Review project performance, resources, programme and potential delivery risks.
- Ensure subcontractor packages are properly coordinated across each project.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality control and technical compliance.
- Report project progress and key commercial or programme issues to senior management.
- Ensure projects are properly closed out and handed over to the required standard.
