Construction Project Manager

Are you a CSA Project Manager, Construction Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with experience delivering large-scale building packages, looking to work on a major data centre project in Dublin? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CSA-focused Project Manager to join a leading data centre delivery contractor, working on a new, high-value data centre development in West Dublin.

Reporting to the Project Director, you’ll take responsibility for the delivery of civil, structural and architectural (CSA) packages, including structural steel, concrete, cladding and roofing, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

CSA Project Manager Skills:

• 8 years’ experience in a CSA Project Manager, Construction Project Manager or similar role
  
  
• Background in civil, structural or building construction
  
  
• Proven experience delivering structural steel, concrete, cladding and roofing packages
  
  
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors and consultants
  
  
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming and cost control
  
  
• Experience tracking milestones and mitigating programme risk
  
  
• Confident leading client-facing meetings and stakeholder coordination
  
  
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, commercial or large industrial project experience is advantageous
  
  
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
  
  
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management software is beneficial
  
  

As a CSA Project Manager, You Will:

• Lead the delivery of all CSA work packages on the project
  
  
• Manage project costs, schedules and budgets to ensure successful delivery
  
  
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality and timely execution
  
  
• Track critical milestones and proactively manage programme risks
  
  
• Review construction proposals, scopes of work and subcontractor pricing
  
  
• Lead and facilitate client, design team and internal project meetings
  
  
• Monitor construction cost drivers and prepare detailed cost reports
  
  
• Support procurement strategies and manage long-lead CSA materials
  
  
• Review and validate subcontractor cost estimates and payment applications
  
  
• Support design-build changes from a cost and programme perspective
  
  
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of CSA materials and equipment
  
  
• Oversee project close-out, handover and final documentation
